Was at this game and honestly happy this happened. Phil’s won and played well, while we also witnessed history. Also, shoutout to Juan Yepez for throwing a ball to me, what a nice guy

Nolan: “huh? They gave me a hit on that?” 🤣🤣

Always loved Arendao’s competitiveness. He’s a great example of an elite player who never settled just on his talent alone. The guy is tough and a dedicated professional. Congrats to him for this accomplishment.

Here's a question...has any MLB player ever had a "reverse cycle?"...I mean getting thrown out at first base, second base, third base and home plate all during a single game?

was anyone else there to witness his walk off father's day homerun to complete his first cycle back in coors?

I hate when a player hits for the cycle and the team doesn't get the win. Same as when a pitcher goes into the 9th with a shutout and loses. Just so heart wrenching

It's a shame nado got the cycle like that. Not only did we not get the W, but that last hit got over shadowed by the error. I'm pretty sure I seen Nolan tell someone on the field it wasn't the way he wanted to get it and you can tell as the competitor he is and the look on his face how disappointed he was how he completed the cycle. I was happy for him but felt bad at the same time

Congratulations Nolan for hitting for the cycle.

Nolan Arenado first cycle was made dramatically with a walk off home run, when he played for Colorado.

“Lalo Salamanca hits for the cycle” there, fixed the title 😂

What's hilarious is Nolan Arenado got the hard ones out of the way early getting the triple and home run first LOL.

Just knew he was going to get it after that double. Lol.

Honestly I don’t think he shouldn’t of had it they only called it that because it was so close to the cycle

Cards were smart to get this guy Arenado...

If I had to choose between Arenado hitting for the cycle or a Cardinals victory, I would take the victory in a heartbeat.

Wasn't a single at all but two errors on a single play. Lucky guy 😂

that counted as a single?? I know they’ve loosened up on the error calls this year, but THAT counted as a single?! Vierling made two erroneous actions on that play- but it’s somehow not an error. Sure is cool to hit the cycle, not to have it given to you by lax rules. Feels like the inverse of Jim Joyce’s infamous call

If only the Cardinals would have won. However, I’m glad Arenado’s a Cardinal.

Had a feeling he’d get it after a 3b and hr by the third inning
