Hustler Chainless XR1500 Demo, feeding round bales into a small square baler

Recent product demonstration in April 2017 for a client who wanted to make some round bales into small squares. The Hustler Chainless XR1500 was placed in front of the baler pickup and fed into the small square baler with no trouble. Optional castor wheels available for XR1500.

Ok, so there was bound to be plenty of confusion and debate as to why this was done - great to see some healthy debate!
This farmer always produces plenty of round bales every year and has a very lucrative market to horse owners (as many have correctly guessed).
The trouble is that he doesn't know how many small square bales will be required each year as it depends on the season and other conditions etc, (he feeds rounds to his sheep).
Bale accumulators are far more expensive than this unit, plus this setup provided this particular farmer with the flexibility to produce bales on demand without the need to cart them in (high labour cost) or stack hundreds/thousands of them.
I'm quite sure that if he wasn't making good money, he wouldn't have bothered.
