at 5 min mark you say best days to trade are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, but going down the list i see Friday almost always has the highest or is among the highest compared to those three days

I don’t understand why the other video I watched said London session starts at 2am EDT and this video says it starts at 3PM EDT.
Everyone’s always told me London session is the most active and that it starts at around 2AM-4AM in the US.
