I achieve a similar look by parting my hair into two sections horizontally, then using black satin covered rollers, I roll the back half downward, then the front half toward my face. Leave rollers in overnight. After taking out the rollers, I use the band just like I'm about to create a high puff and bah bam...up do magic!😀

I tried this hairstyle and it came out looking horrible. I have been trying to find a hairstyle that simple N easy to do so I tried this. My hair just look messy with a bunch of bumps. I don't even know where I went wrong. Was there a specific thing to do with parting? Is there a certain number of twist I was suppose to do? I didn't really see what to do with the back.... :/
