This is an excellent overview of a variety of aspects that sell both the university and Edinburgh. My father and my cousin are graduates of this excellent university. Missing from this video is that the Scottish have an excellent sense of humor. On that line, watching the video here in the States, my subtitles were on and when they were talking about the excellent cycle paths, it came up as psychopaths! If that came up for somebody else, dinnae worry, I found exploring around Edinburgh to be very safe. It is also a world renowned university as I am constantly reminded by my father.
