CARROT HOT DOGS FIXED 🥕🌭💪

Ingredients for 4 carrot hot dogs:
🥕 Carrots – 4 medium
🥕 Maple syrup – 1 tablespoon
🥕 Balsamic vinegar – 1 teaspoon
🥕 Garlic powder – ½ teaspoon
🥕 Salt – ½ teaspoon
🥕 Smoked paprika – ¼ teaspoon

For crispy tofu:
💪 Smoked tofu – 7 oz (200 g)
💪 Onion powder – 1 teaspoon
💪 Maple syrup – 1 teaspoon
💪 Salt – ¼ teaspoon
💪 Pepper – to taste

Toppings:
🌭 Mustard
🌭 Green parts of spring onions
🌭 Hot dog buns – 4 pcs

1. Clean and peel the carrots.
2. Boil them in water for 5-8 minutes, depending on their thickness.
3. Drain and place the carrots in a small oven-safe dish. Add the spices and maple syrup, tossing to coat.
4. Grate the tofu and mix with the spices and maple syrup. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Bake the tofu and carrots for 30 minutes, flipping the carrots and stirring the tofu halfway through.
6. Spread mustard on the hot dog buns. Add crispy tofu, carrots, and top with the sliced spring onions.
