Fire crews rescue driver from big rig dangling off Grand Parkway

A driver has been pulled from a dangling 18-wheeler off the Grand Parkway at Birnham Woods, Montgomery County officials said.

Need to designate truck passes and roads and keep separate, no overpasses for larger vehicles. A wider train/subway and other public transportation similar to europe (if a country the size of our famous NASA-based city can do it, we can figure this out and long term reduce vehicle mortalities and first responder expenses. We have to restructure infrastructure-- prevention says more about the efforts to valuing life than mere damage control on repeat
