If you like Iced Earth, you should do one or two songs by Demons and Wizards, the collab project with Iced Earth and Blind Guardian. "Fiddler on the Green" will scratch that "Keltic-y" itch you guys have, it's mellow and deep. "Blood on My Hands" on the other hand is metal as hell and multilayered. Hansi Kürsch of Blind Guardian sings for them, and his voice is absolutely beautiful. Blind Guardian and Demons and Wizards fans tend to walk in the same circle as Nightwish fans.

Dire Peril = the guitar player for Helion Prime + the singer for Judicator. Guitar solos by the singer/guitarist for Paladin.

Great stuff! Their album 'The Extraterrestrial Compendium is all about movie aliens (Predator, The Day The Earth Stood Still, Enemy Mine, Starship Troopers, The Thing, E.T., Barbarella, Riddick, etc.)
