I have a sequel idea and want it to get likes so perhaps in some crazy world, someone sees it and is connected. I don't care if I get credit, I just dream to see it happen.

JW 5 (or 5/6 depending on how long you want to play it out):

John is sitting at a bar, enjoying his retirement, hidden in an isolated place free from the table and his past. He and the barmaid seem to be forming a connection. They both love cars, and dogs and are widows. As John is building up the courage to finally ask her out, with her waiting in anticipation, an old assassin friend sits at the bar. He shows a video of the high table talking about killing John Wicks's first wife, to bring him back into the game. John stares at the video, in absolute shock, instantly, the Babayaga is reborn with a newfound sense of rage and vengeance. The music kicks in, and all the barmaid sees when she gets back is an empty cup.

John then goes on a mission to find and kill every member of the table. Here is the thing, no one knows who all the other members are. It's like a cell system. So John has to track down each one. Each one has a different theme, almost like a different boss in Street Fighter. In the end, he finally reaches the last member of the high table, who tells him that the leader of the table isn't the dude in the desert but a master assassin.

John finds him, through some creative means, and in their meeting, the table lord explains the situation. John was brought back into the game as he is the best assassin in the world and due to the table leader getting old, John is to replace him. It is an age-old tradition, where the members of the high table try to find the new Babayaga, and put him through endless trials to mould him into the table overlord.

John killing all the members of the table is his final test. They all are willing to sacrifice their lives for the new Babayaga, showing their eternal loyalty to the cause. All expect our mystery woman, who isn't willing to go down easy. She wants the war to break out (in some crazy world, maybe this is John's mother?)

Only the babayaga can be the head of the table, to keep order, so all the other assassins fear the table. He is as much of a myth as he is a real person. John has never heard of him as all people that knew him were killed off or become members of the high table. Fear of the table lord keeps the order. John has to decide, does he take the job, keep order in the world, build a new high table of his closest friends like Winston, etc, (all the others are dead or think John is dead), or bring the system down.

As he is deciding, Winston and co, all walk in. "You have to become the new table Lord John, if you don't, all hell will break lose. You have been chosen to keep the order". John, when he finally decides, as the camera zooms in on his face, the music goes silent, he looks up (he is kneeling down) and, due to his love for his wife, he says: "Fuck the table" (music kicks in). John kills the table lord, who in his arrogance, never imagined John would turn the offer down. The film ends, the music kicks in, zooms out from the city and we see a civil war breaking out, bombs going off, and everyone fighting for control.

Alternative: Maybe everyone powerful in the JW universe knows John is being groomed to be the next high-table leader. That is why they are so scared of him. It is like a kind of prophecy made by the shamans in the desert. In a trance-like state, they decided John would be the next Babayaga. Every time the high table sees John do something crazy and survive, the members get more and more confidence in the prophesy, which is why in the end, they are willing to die to keep the table going. Here is the thing, all the while, the table Lord is making John survive through intervention. This explains why a few times, John's life is spared. It is all to create the appearance of supernatural ability.

Unless it’s a prequel about a de-aged John Wick and how he escapes the high table the first time, I’m not interested.

How about Mr. Wick is alive, faked his death to hold back other trackers and assassins from try to make a name for themselves. The Romonovski family can appoint someone to the High Table or a new Elder. Romonovski decided on Mr. Wick and the Table try to prevent his ascension. Could be a fun story.

Chapter 4 was the perfect ending and added a permanent book end and feeling of finality. However, a well written and planned prequel or three *might* work. Thats how I see it happening.

Just let the John wick franchise end on a high note and not beat it to death like the Star wars. They instead start a new franchise, like Cyberpunk 2077. They can make the first movie about the life of Johnny sliver hands. And make the next ones about V, the main character of Cyberpunk 2077.
