The best version of this build is briar. Your Q is a dash, a stun, and an on hit. So you can apply 4 onhits per ability with reverb, and it gives you a ton of extra augment/item possibilities for CDR. The animation is also a shit ton quicker than basically every other combo. Plus your W can be queued up to immediately bite afterwards which not only heals you but also provides an additional onhit per cycle. With Reverb and Mystic punch you can perma CC the target and usually kill whoever it is in a matter of seconds due to the DPS you'll output.
