I use a Brillo pad followed by distilled water to clean the sensor. Gets it really clean!

If Nikon includes the FTZ adapter like you had recommended and they are able to improved the output over the already fantastic D500 with a new processor then this camera will be the tits for its price. I hope you can do a review on this one. I already own the Fuji but this interest me too.

You’re also incorrect to claim the dust shaken off the sensor by the cameras dust filter just gets thrown back onto the sensor every time the camera is turned on....as at least in the case of Olympus dust filters, any dust shaken from the sensor is trapped by an adhesive pad which prevents it from getting recycled!

You’re so wrong to claim dust filters are useless....I owned a Canon 20D which had no built in dust filter & was getting a lot of dust problems even after numerous pro sensor cleans by Canon.... I jumped ship to Olympus when they invented the first inbuilt dust filter & after shooting several Olympus DSLRs & Mirrorless four thirds cameras over the past decade have only once had a dust problem that the Olympus dust filter couldn’t resolve.

In the course of selling some gear and buying the new Z 50mm 1.8 lens, I found out from a very reliable source in the industry that the "Killer" mirrorless Nikon for pros is nearly ready for release. Keep watching.

My I ask your opinion Ken because I appreciate your help. I have a Nikon d 4 and I like to know if the tamron 18mm-400mm Lense is compatible with my camera? and worth the money. Keep doing great YouTube videos. I'm a newbie with full frame cameras and Nikon cameras in general. I 'm mainly a Fuji guy.

I won't be surprised if some company starts marketing cameras with disposable sensors

Nikon added that sensor cleaning after Canon had it for years. It is all marketing bullshit

Great video, people need to realize dust gets EVERYWHERE and hips onto the sensor whenever you swap a lens via the big hole in the front of the camera😅

Feel sorry for all the pros who were waiting for the promised Z series pro level body that was promised last year by Nikon and they come out with the Z 50 strange times 🤔

I was really amazed when I found out how many ppl are actually afraid of cleaning their sensors. Yes I know, those things are very expensive, but believe me, they are almost impossible to scratch. I actually work for a company that develops very specific scientific equipment that involves medium format like photosensors. And sometimes when we are rebuilding our setups they get some dirt on them. So we rub them clean with isoprop and a softwipe. And believe me those sensors have pricetags on them even Hasselblad and Phase One can only dream off xD

Hi, i have been cleaning my nikon's sensor with a super soft acrylic bush and a rocket blower. I did it for 7 years on my old dslr and didnt find any deterioration in the image quality. What can go wrong with this method? I want to know.

Wonder if there's any truth in the Peta Pixel article saying Nikon has a rush on the $8000+ NOCT lens for the Z mount?

Nikon...now available with in built " clone stamp " tool lol. Never used any cameras alleged inbuilt sensor cleaning and never will. More than happy to clean my own sensor. I can't believe folk will still pay camera stores £30 to £50 to clean their sensor just because they are too afraid to do it themselves. With the growing popularity of mirrorless and the increased incidence of sensor dust, it's a must to be able to clean it yourself.

I'm waiting for z50 to get released. Are there any chances that we will see a bundle with the ftz adapter?
Here in Romania the adapter alone costs 352 dollars converted. At 1081 dollars (converted) just the body, the adapter feels rather expensive.

Gimic I never ever use. Clean you own sensor and take measures to keep it clean like inside of rear cap cleaning.

I love Nikon because Nikon only take care of their clients to make a universal Z mount to attach all lenses that you already have as far as the concern of image sensor cleaner hardly I used it any of camera no need to focus on this feature
