Ive used iwata sata and devilbiss guns. To me ive always felt most comfortable spraying devilbiss guns, imo the most user friendly out of the "big 3". Nice video mario

Seems DV1 did a good job, i have an Iwata ws400 series 2 pinifarina witch is a base gun but i also use it for clear and i can ensure you it does a great job on both of'em.

I bought two, as i paint a lot of single stage. Aside from nibs, flawless everytime. Harder (mentally) to build factory peel with'm.

Here's the thing I've learned about painting and paint guns, you can use any gun for any stage of paint. You just need to adjust your methods to the gun. I'm sure some old heads will disagree with me, it's time for them to retire & move on.

Great video! I have this gun specifically for clear, but I don't have the other cap you're referring to. Where do I obtain this and can you please tell me why this cap is needed/recommended? Love your content brother.

@Mario paint class Thanks for making this video, I'm wondering your thoughts on this gun vs 3M performance system? My original thought was to start with the 3M system because I love the easy clean up and ability to do most everything, and then get the DV1 for clear later on. This video makes me think I could grab the DV1 with the alternate cap and just use my cheap guns for primer? Also, what do you think about for sealer?
