The 20-year old singer performed a stripped down version of her song 'Tattooed Heart' and won over the celebrity filled crowed. Lady Gaga gave the young star a standing ovation. Ariana also took home the award for Favorite New Artist of the Year.

Yahoo confirmed today that Katie Couric is leaving ABC News to join the company as their global anchor. As part of her new position, which is still being defined, Couric will conduct monthly interview series and serve as the "face" of Yahoo News. Couric will continue to host her daytime talk show after joining Yahoo.
