I would add to the list Bagapi! Even without its paid gallery, it is quite helpful. You can draw any plan you want and it will turn it to walls like revit.

You forgot to mention that Sun Aligner is actually only needed in Eevee, since Cycles will cast proper shadows just with HDRI.
