Walk Around of my 1930 Ford
coupe.
"Barrows Coupe." Originally built in 1978, by a man name Brad Barrows of North Shore Mass. Brad built the car in 1978 in 6 months, Brad is a local hotrod legend and has built dozens of amazing cars. He built the car originally with a 396 Chevrolet big block and th400 auto trans. due to over heating issues, he switched the motor to a small block Chevrolet.
Brad drove the car until the mid 90's on and off. He always kept the car tucked away and never planned to sell the car, due to the reason it was the first car he ever built.
The car was built in a small 2 car garage behind an apartment building, w/ dirt floors and 1 light bulb fed by an extension cord. He rented the garage for $25 / month.

The car consists of a 1930 Model A coupe body on a hand built frame, Powertrain was removed from his friends 1975 corvette. the motor is a 4 bolt HP Block 350 cid, Borg Warner T-10 4 speed, Gen 3 Corvette independent rear suspension, chopped 32 grill shell, 4.25" chopped roof, 4" channeled floor, 1975 Ford Piunto station wagon seat, 1961 Cadillac steering column, Suicide doors,Stewart Warner gauges, Tuck and Roll turquoise and ivory interior. Plus tons of one off custom parts and pieces.
A true 50's style car built when muscle cars ruled the road.
I purchased the car in 2018 and Rebuilt the major components to drive the car in the fall of 2018, I stored the car for the winter then first day of spring in March I started a complete overhaul of all the systems, components and the body repair. I did all the sheet metal fabrication, the body work and paint. I finished the car in October 2019. All of the work was done by me in a small garage behind my house.

I had a very rough 31 A coupe that I loved to drive and put 10K on the first short summer. I dealt with Northeast Performance and ended up getting screwed over by the owner. Out over 12 K and just now recovering 30 years later. This car looks like it really handles well it seems low to me but it looks so cool.

Just read through the build thread on the HAMB. Hope the '34 comes out just as good as this one!
