APARTAMENT TOUR 2021 UK | Furnished apartment tour 2021 | Keepmoat New build apartment with 2 bedrooms. Newly built flat in the heart of Leicester. You'll notice I've misspelled apartment :) because apartament is apparently searched more than apartment, would you believe?

Just a little tip if you ever make a call to book a viewing make sure they have the showhomes of the home you are specifically interested in. When I called to make a booking I did mention to the lady on the phone I want to see the house in the pictures but it was some central booking line not the site, so she didn't prompt me that they haven't got any showhomes available yet, maybe she didn't know.

Unfortunately because it's such a new site I couldn't get a lot of very specific information which the lady we've seen was very apologetic about. The houses start from £294.995 on this site (these are 3 bedroom terraced homes, unfortunately without the rooftop terrace and garden), and although the website only suggests 2 models so far, there are more being built in the first phase.
