Just finished watching this very interesting and informative video for the second time. It is short(about 28 min), and right to the point. There is no fluff in it. Just advanced techniques and ideas on how to deal with the set for hair salon shears. There is so much information presented in a short period of time that it will require folks to view it at least 3 times to take full advantage of the techniques presented herein. Everything is covered, from why the set goes out of alignment to the techniques and tools necessary to fix it. It shows how to select and prepare the tools used to fix set. Josh shows how to safely put set into the shear blades and remove set using common tools available at your local Harbor Freight. Last, but not least, he shows the viewer how to distinguish between cast and forged shears. This will prevent costly mistakes.

I think the methods presented here will go far helping the professional sharpener make more money and prevent damaging the shears. Highly recommended.
