How to Create Users in Keycloak

For a 2 step approval workflow, you would also need to create “Clerk” and “Approver” groups. Once these groups are created, you can then create users with Clerk and Approver permissions and add them to those groups. Once added, they will be able to access and review applications as those abilities will be assigned to them.

With your users created and assigned to their respective groups, the Designer can then build a form, associate it with a workflow, then publish it. Once published, it can be filled out by a member of the public, and then reviewed and approved by the Clerk and Approver users created and assigned in Keycloak.
