Actor James Woods was emotional on live TV as he talked about his neighborhood going up in flames. He filmed a video of his neighbor's house engulfed in flames. To compound the loss of his home, Woods says his insurance company cancelled his policy last month. The Pacific Palisades is home to some of the best known celebrities in America. Many were forced to evacuate, and the fate of their homes is still undetermined.
