Old executives are almost always completely out of touch and assume the opposite of what everyone actually wants. I'm glad fromsoftware has such an open business model that allows most good ideas to go through ever since Miyazaki took over. Seeing him never try to take the stage and instead encourage new talents is so inspiring 😊
