Hi Martin, thank you for this video. I am an art student pursuing a BFA in photography and I'm experimenting with different types of paper. I love the effect that the Kozo had on your photo! Cheers!

You can put diffused light behind it. Nice.

An excellent demonstration of printing on washi. I too print on washi and find the results unique.

Thank you for showing this. A separate video on RIP software would be very much appreciated.

Great video. Just wanted to mention that Bizan paper is also a good option. I think it pops more than Kozo, and Bizan is really hand made. It is however terribly expensive.

I have always loved the oriental papers and they are very strong. It's a beautiful image as well. I would wonder how the dmax on the printed image holds up, though, since it is an inkjet. I like the framing idea, and might try this with an actual darkroom print as far as framing is concerned. The print would likely have to have a backing on it.

Thank you, great videos and tutorials. I can't seem to buy kozo on backing paper. What backing paper do you attach the kozo to please?

This video is fantastic! Your work is beautiful and I love this way of presentation. May I ask what brand of mounting taper you are using?

Very helpful. Thanks so much. Also can we leave the backing if we wanted for ease of framing for sale/exhibitions?

This is really cool. Would this work on dye ink printers or would this only work with pigment printers?
