Panic attacks are horrible. There was this Ripley’s haunted house that wasn’t even scary, but I hate haunted houses, so I didn’t wanna go on it. My parents forced me to go on it cuz we had already paid. It had bright lights, loud noises, we were getting water sprinkled on us, etc. I felt like I was going to throw up. The person said you can leave but you have to be 12+ blah blah blah and I lied and said I was 12 so I could leave. They wouldn’t let me. I started having a panic attack and my parents/my brother kept saying “It’s not even scary” or “You’ll be fine”. Luckily there was another girl that we didn’t know who didn’t like it either so I wasn’t the only one. Panic attacks sure are horrific.

Thing is until you have a panic attack you will never understand how terrifying they can be I’ve had a panic attack on multiple occasions and I was told I’m being over dramatic it was only recently through a therapy session I was finally properly diagnosed with anxiety but my freinds have been amazing when I do have them on occasion nothing worst than panicking and not knowing what to do
