Noise, jazz από το Mihalis Kalkanis Group στη Μικρή Επίδαυρο.

Φέτος η Μικρή Επίδαυρος αποκτά πειραματικό χαρακτήρα εξερευνώντας τα όρια της με μουσικοθεατρικές παραστάσεις από όλο το φάσμα της μουσικής.

Το γκρουπ του κοντραμπασίστα Μιχάλη Καλκάνη υποδέχεται στο Μικρό Θέατρο της Αρχαίας Επιδαύρου τον Αρμένιο δεξιοτέχνη στο ούτι Χάικ Γιαζιτζιάν και τον αβανγκάρντ ηλεκτρικό κιθαρίστα Γιάννη Αναστασάκη.
Ηλεκτρονικοί ήχοι και field recordings θα συνυπάρξουν με την παραδοσιακή μουσική με επιρροές από τζαζ, κινηματογραφική και κλασική μουσική.

Noise and jazz by Mihalis Kalkanis Group at the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus

This year, the Little Theatre of Ancient Epidaurus will boast a more experimental quality, exploring its limits through musical/theatrical performances spanning the entire range of music.

Mihalis Kalkanis Group, fronted by bassist Mihalis Kalkanis, will welcome Armenian oud virtuoso Haig Yazdjian and avant-garde electric guitarist Jannis Anastasakis at the Little Theatre.
Electronic sounds and field recordings will cross paths with traditional music with jazz, film music and classical music influences.
