Mini Sweet Pepper Poppers

Hi everyone!

Let’s make sweet pepper poppers! These are perfection!

Make them, you’re gonna love them!

Ingredients:

7 mini sweet peppers

1 package of bacon (cooked and chopped to small pieces)

1-8oz package cream cheese, at room temp

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

1 - 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)

Yummy, I tend to use the Jalapenos more, because they have a uniform shape. I strip them of the seeds and veins so they aren't even close to being hot. Yours are OVER THE TOP full of awesomeness, I just use the Walmart Great Value "Garden Vegetables" Cream Cheese Spread and top with grated Extra Sharp Cheddar ( also Great Value LOL ) NOBODY ever complains, in fact they disappear as soon as I bring the tray out. My Cousin made the Yellow peppers stuffed with cream cheese and those tiny canned shrimps...they were ok, but nobody went back for seconds ( I did because I appreciated the thought and effort but they were only 4/10, they needed more seasoning maybe Old Bay and Lemon Pepper would have made these a Legend)... but sometimes simple is better.
