BREAKING NEWS: King furious at Prince Harry for putting Charles in awkward position with Camilla

According to an insider, King Charles is at a loss for how to begin reconciling with Prince Harry following a series of alleged "egregious" attacks on the Royal Family since Harry's stepping down. The source claims that the King is particularly incensed by criticism of Camilla, the Queen Consort, which was made by Prince Harry in his autobiography Spare. Harry has claimed that he and the Prince of Wales begged their father not to marry Camilla and that she is a "dangerous" addition to the royal family that needs to improve her public image.

The royal insider claimed: "He's angry and outraged that Harry's aired so many embarrassing and damaging assertions and it's put him in a terrible position with Camilla, of course, now she's been dragged into the equation.

"That's really crossed the line in more ways than one but there are so many egregious comments and revelations from Harry that his father doesn't know where to start."

Speaking to US Weekly, they added: "He has hope that in time the dust will settle and Harry will soften his heart toward his family, at least he hopes so.

"But he's not going to push or apologise."

Author Christopher Andersen stated that King is sensitive to criticism directed towards Camilla and that Harry's recent statements may have resulted in him not being invited to the coronation in May.

Mr Andersen said: "Charles is very defensive when it comes to Camilla and, therefore, anything negative about Camilla he's not going to take well at all.

"We'll just have to see what he does. I was convinced that Harry and Meghan would be at the coronation, but now I've not so convinced he'll even be asked."

The Duke of Sussex stated that he deemed his stepmother as "dangerous" and alleged that he and Prince William collaborated to convince His Majesty not to wed her.

He wrote: "When the question came, Willy and I promised our father that we would welcome Camilla to the family.

"The only thing we asked for in return was that he didn't marry her. 'You don't need to get married again,' we asked him."

Harry further detailed his allegations that royal staff regularly share information with members of the media to enhance the reputation of their employers, stating that Camilla is also among the royals he claims to be participating in this behavior.

The Duke wrote: "She was the villain, she was a third person in the marriage, she needed to rehabilitate her image.

"The need for her to rehabilitate her image…that made her dangerous because of the connections that she was forging within the British press.

"And there was open willingness on both sides to trade information and with a family built on hierarchy, and with her on the way to being Queen Consort, there was going to be people or bodies left in the street because of that."

He added: "If you are led to believe, as a member of the family, that being on the front page, having positive headlines, positive stories written about you is going to improve your reputation or increase the chances of you being accepted as monarch by the British public, then that’s what you’re gonna do."

Buckingham Palace has not yet provided any statement regarding the claims made by Prince Harry in his memoir or during his promotional interviews tour.

I think it's time Charles looked out for his OTHER son and heir AND his beautiful family who have never done anything but support him and to who Harry is being openly hostile. Harry may be his son but he has disrespected the Country, Commonwealth and Royal Family so Charles should think of the people supporting him not the loose cannons in Montecito. Take his British passport off him because unless he ditches the wife and makes a grovelling apology for all his LIES he should never be allowed to set foot in the UK again

I think if King Charles does anything it needs to be very succinct, no getting into details, just statements. I'm an American and loved HRH who Harry has also deemed. These two are toxic, maybe The British Parliament should take over and put Harry in his place.

The Consort was hated by me at the time of Diana's death and after....But she has proved herself worthy of the title and has shown us all that her love for Charles is working wonders. Hats off to the Queen Consort!! A happy king is what we need. Hairy on the the other hand has done nothing to prove his worth. Only shown the depth to which he will stoop to spoil the names of his family

Harry needs a lesson in honouring your parents and yes, he lost his Mother in tragic circumstances, but life goes on, and Charles married his love, its a pity he wasn't allowed to marry her first time round, but of course that was because he had to marry a virgin from good stock!!!
I always liked Harry, but, he's gone down in my estimation, and the Country as a whole.Its time Charles and the rest of the family stood together. I am convinced the one behind all of this is Megan Markle, a very controlling narsaciist.
