i checked Google Map, there is a Yangtze river between that lab and the Huanan Seafood Market, total about 14km distance; the US Consulate General is just 3.2km away from Huanan Seafood Market.

actually, the institution(or as known P4 lab) is 30 miles from the HUANAN seafood market, the CDC of WUHAN city is only a few miles from the market though.
