How to find the value of unknowns in the question if given both non-linear equations and its linear form?

Method 1: Reduce to non-linear equation to linear form, and then compare its gradient and Y-intercept with the one obtained from the graph of linear form.

Method 2: Obtain the linear form the graph of linear form, convert it to a non-linear equation according to the non-linear equation given, and then compare.
