I've got the Mate 20 Pro which is a very similar phone. It's amazing so happy with it :)

Wow absolutely loved this NX! Totally came out of the blue as well, is this your personal device now or are you venturing into mobile handset reviews? If the latter, I certainly think you’ll have a niche with the review of the technicals (most other reviews seem to focus on design and camera, and leave the chipsets to reading out a spec sheet...) plus there’s not enough British tech people on YT! 👍🏽

I’d LOVE for you to do something like this with the latest Apple devices, no one other than Anandtech really deep dives into the SoCs and architecture and I’d love your thoughts on theoretical performance of something like the A12, I’m aware even though it’s much more powerful than the Tegra X1, games for the Switch tend to look graphically better (see: Forgotten Memories, Silent Hill-esque game released on iOS and coming soon to Switch). Is it a case of being able to tap more of the available power, lack of developer effort or combination of both? Haven’t really heard anyone discuss this so would love the see a comparison to consoles against mobile SoCs and how they compare writing game code to them etc.

Anyway sorry for the long reply, hope you’re well mate!

5:30 it looks like a headphone socket beside where you plug in the dongle???! Or is that a hole in the case?

Nice, I would like more phone review & analysis. There are tons of good phones out there.

Retroarch, Doom. Set up twin stick controls, 60fps Doom (prboom).
Using a OnePlus 6t, with an XBox 1 controller, even Dreamcast is pretty much 60fps across most games. So yeah, Retroarch for anything old, I would suggest. Fully configurable.
But yes phones are pretty amazing now!

I've noticed I get mild stutters in 60fps video on say, YouTube though ;(

Very subtle but it's definably there. Anyone got a fix for this??

I’d love to see you review the next iPhone since they have better hardware lol the A12 chip is a beast and I expect the A13 to be a huge improvement over the A12
