I've been watching similar videos on and off for a few days and I have to say this is the most honest, coherent and compelling discussion I have seen thank you!

The mini stepper with twist step motion a personal favourite of mine, very underrated I think.

I’ve got an air bike, belt driven, quieter. Ironically had the ache in the forearm too, soltution for me is ro wrap my thumb around the handle. I like the fan bike for warm up up for weight training and occasional hit. The echo bike is the best if you have space and want to go crazy on it😀. Keeep up the good videos

You hit the nail on the head regarding the C2. It's great, but not fun every day. I got the Rogue Echo a few years ago and never looked back. I use it for steady-state cardio while watching tv for 30+ minutes at a time, and it doesn't get old even using it daily. I did, however, get a different seat that is more forgiving for big dudes, and some add-on vertical handles (this would really help with the handle issue you mentioned). Also, if you pedal backwards, its similar to backwards dead-mill training (knees-over-toes guy stuff).

i had the air bike and rower, great source of cardio, i would use them twice a week, but the air from the bike did cool me off when it was hot so i used it alot.the rower work the upper and lower body almost like a squat row burning fat, toning .great video mike 👍

I found rowing to be uncomfortable for long stretches. The ski erg is an amazing machine

These are solid options but I picked up a Bowflex Maxtrainer M3 for $50. It's like an elliptical, step machine and mini bike in one. Good stuff though.

Which one works the quads more effectively, builds muscle, and is nicer for the knees?

I use my C2 more than any other 'cardio' device. The only one I used enough to be worth the cost.

Just got me a Raptor Air bike from Fring Sport, its like the Assault bike, love how it just kicks your butt in 5-10 min. But I been using also with low intensity Steady pace too. Do you have a TG & Air bike weekly workout to follow? Trying not to over do it, the Air bike already hits upper and lower body, so trying to find a routine.

Great video I agree with everything you said. I love rowing. I use it for my cardio for boxing. But sometimes it's a bit hard to use over and over. Definitely takes a larger tole on your body. More room to be very explosive with the rower. I've bought myself an AD6 used for $200. I'm happy!

Do you still have the versa-climber? I always thought it would be a great workout, but suck to actually use.

Bak in my gym days...I started [every] wrkout w/ 10/15 min warmup on a stepper....on my cardio day(s)(which was only 1 or 2, cuz I [hate] cardio)...it was always a stepper!! Shame those died off a bit....now, I hav a fan bike, that still only sees 2 days of use! Ha! Agree, rower is a bit much for cardio...haven't been on a spin-type bike....interesting, thnx!👍

It’s likely your form is a reason for issues with consistency.

Thanks for another great video. Have youever looked at one of the Easy Glider machines? Kind of a combination of rows and squats.
