Advanced Tuning Settings for the Panasonic Home Cinema setup.
These are the vintage style settings.

There's many ways to adjust the vintage colours.
There's many other colours to apply to this movie.
Try them as well.
They all require tuning and hours to develop.
None of them are instantly appearing on screen.
No.
They might take many hours to develop.

So this is the vintage set of colours and it's as if we're watching 👀 real sunlight with a glass filter that darkens the scene slightly.
So it's +1 on the glass darkness filter.

The modern colours are as if the viewer is looking at the scenes through a polarising filter.
But you'll only see this perspective if you tune your movie and that takes approximately 5-7 hours depending on your skill level, so the manufacturers have slowed down the warm up time on your player so you get more time to adjust your movie 🎬 and you can easily see the changes you're making as you adjust the image on screen 😉 😀

Once you spend the time ⏲️ to adjust the movie image, there's no faults on screen.
There's nothing to complain about.

There's no light bleed effect.
There's no red too bright effect, etc...

From scratch, it takes over 5 hours to adjust the colours and light in the scenes in the movie 🎬
They put a resistor on the amplifier cause it's going to take you hours to tune the movie 🎬
It's probably very difficult to tune the movie when it's running at full power.
It's probably impossible to see what adjustments you're making when you're looking at bright light areas on screen.

Foolish people judge movies straight after beginning playing ▶️ them.

After 7 hours of constant projection seems to be about the right time to assess your fine tuning ability.

Manufacturers didn't stuff up!

The public failed to do their tuning work.

Something that's very important is if you start tuning from scratch, begin tuning the actors' complexions.
Then tune the overall colours like blue and such colours.

If you start by tuning the main colours when you get around to tuning the actors complexions, it takes just as much time as tuning the main colours.

If you get the complexions right, the main colours can seem OK to watch.

It's more annoying if you've spent several hours tuning the main colours but the actors still have dark blotches on their face.

So THIS IS the vintage set of colours and after this I have gone on to applying the REC 2020 set of colours and I've spent a further 8 hours tuning that set of colours 😮

It's all about getting skin tones that match real life skin tones and dropping 🫳 the peak brightness on James's white collar.

All those TVs 📺 in the store and none of them have had any fine tuning done on those colours.
What you're seeing 👀 is raw colours.
For example, the colour green 💚 on these shop TV 📺 the amplifiers were BLASTING the green 💚 colours.
Not 1 of the green trees had been tuned to look like anything in real life.

But, no 1 word said to the shop display people.

The public is getting the worst possible display in the stores 😑
You have no clue what these TVs will look like when they're tuned to look like something in real life.
