I used to think I was lactose intolerant. But I stopped drinking regular highly pasteurized milk. Then I started to drink raw milk and I no longer have issues.

I like lisyening to different opinions and trying different things. I will stick with what works for me, but I fin it very interesting to hear how people can benefit from such a wide array of diets and eating protocols

Dairy is tricky and not only because of lactose; there's also the factor of A1 casein versus A2 casein to bear in mind.

The key takeaways from Mikhaila Peterson's discussion on fat loss and gut health include:

1. **Elimination of Specific Foods**: Peterson emphasizes the importance of cutting out gluten, dairy, and soy from the diet to improve overall well-being and address weight and cognitive issues.

2. **Ease of Going Gluten-Free**: With the abundance of gluten-free alternatives available today, removing gluten from one's diet is more accessible than ever and is recommended as a starting point for better health.

3. **Increasing Meat Consumption**: A diet prioritizing meat and reducing grains is suggested, with the advice to consume meat first during meals to enhance satiety and reduce the intake of potentially problematic foods.

4. **Dietary Changes Before Lifestyle Changes**: Peterson notes that dietary adjustments can lead to improvements in other areas of life, such as sleep quality and exercise habits.

5. **Gut Health and Gluten**: She theorizes that gluten's harmful effects may be linked to increased gut permeability and inflammation, even in individuals without celiac disease.

6. **Dairy and Health Issues**: The potential for dairy to contribute to autoimmune symptoms and its addictive nature, possibly due to components like casomorphin, are highlighted as reasons to consider eliminating it from the diet.

7. **Skepticism Towards the Demonization of Seed Oils**: While not a proponent of seed oils, Peterson suggests that the negative health impacts of seed oils might be overblown and that quality and oxidation levels could be more crucial factors.

8. **Practical Dietary Swaps**: Suggestions for simple dietary changes include replacing traditional breakfast foods with whole food options, cutting out desserts, and choosing gluten-free products.

9. **Individual Dietary Responses**: Acknowledging bioindividuality, Peterson encourages a personalized approach to diet, recognizing that different people may react differently to various foods.

10. **Broader Approach to Health**: Beyond diet, Peterson hints at the importance of considering environmental factors, like exposure to toxins or mold, in understanding and addressing health issues.

Oh my GAWD! Dairy absolutely changes your

While I was breastfeeding my son, I had an empathetic reaction to cows having their nursing calves taken from them, and had no desire to consume dairy for almost two years.

The first thing I noticed when I stopped eating cheese was my face lost its round shape, despite not losing weight. It was so noticeable in pictures that people assumed I lost weight right away, despite the scale saying otherwise. Went back to eating cheese, and my face is puffy again. I don’t know why it happened, and the evidence contradicts other evidence whenever I investigate. But, yes, sir and ma’am, I know this to be true for me!!!

The single largest thing that worked for me was eating 3-4 boiled eggs and 3 turkey sausage links for breakfast. No cereal, waffles, muffins, etc.

Why are people so disrespectful towards here? She shares her experiences and tries to help. Take it or leave it. If you have the answer to these problems please share or shut up.

I honestly feel like the reason we aren't tolerating alot of the veggies and fruits we used to be able to eat traditionally is because of our toxic load. We have just introduced far too many external toxins by air and water that we can no longer handle those from plants. And of course we have also breed plants to be different from what they used to be. Wheat now has a higher gluten content, fruits are sweeter, certain veggies have more "meat" and less seeds.

I think her style to talk about stuff is cool:" Like you probably know this compound ... like casomorphine?"
She has a vast knowledge, but humbly put it like she barely heard it.

Cutting seed oils will eliminate about 95% of processed foods which you should be doing anyway. Whole foods are the answer.

Thomas, please consider getting Jack Kruse on and talk about the thermodynamics of food and light. It’s all about deuterium

Reason people have sensitivities is we removed the ability to have good bacteria to eat the lactose. In turn have positive effects if left raw as it’s a dead food soon as pasteurize the milk. Raw would be pivotal point to add the ability to consume and have it nutrient dense.

I see all of you weirdos complaining about him interviewing her didn’t actually listen and don’t care to. Also you know nothing about her experience and what she’s researched for herself for her own body. There are hundreds of thousands of other people on the internet you can find whose dads aren’t famous and they say the exact same things “eating only meat or very mostly meat healed my medical problems”. Nobody ever said Mikhaila had all the answers for everyone’s diet. She openly admits everyone has different tolerances, but she does point out patterns she notices with herself and her family (because they all have suffered from autoimmune diseases).

Raw A2 dairy is great. Calcium inhibits iron, and iron overload is very common on carnivore/Lion diet. Balancing dairy and red meat is very important to not get iron overload or iron deficiency. That’s what the mongols did; the “red and white” diet.

I've also heard a thing that when toddlers are exposed to certain foods via skin contact before they are old enough to eat them, it can cause them to become allergic/build intolerance. Perhaps the black mold exposure pushed the intolerance further/permanently but it isn't the end all be al. T/F?

Air quality his a important part of health, a average home consist 24 cubic feet of ions where we need at least 7000, 4000 negative 3000 positive which is a huge difference. GT air purifier is excellent for that and will destroy mold spores. Also running on a timer for the bedroom and main place where you spend most of your time in essential oil diffuser which is powerful for lung health and will also destroy mold and fungus in the air.
