hey everyone! I'm back from the dead, this time with not only a new video but a new song as well! this is also for a school project so i guess i'm hitting 3 birds with one stone hehe. i'm gonna try to revive this channel and post (somewhat) more consistently as a result of this quarantine so stay on the lookout for that too!

some background on this song:
this video was one take (hence the slip ups here and there haha). obviously the harmonies and such were added later but the main singing was all done in one go and it took me RIDICULOUSLY long to get a take i was okay with. i decided to do it this way because i think there's just something more raw and genuine in going it without the chance to "touch up" or redo parts that are imperfect. kinda like life and love. you can't redo anything in life or in love so you have to accept it for what it is. the good the bad. idk if that's too meta or not lmao but that's just what I've been thinking about. this song was written about a boy i like(d? lmao its complicated) that doesn't like me back and i think we can all relate to that feeling. boys are confusing. i wrote this at 2 am on a tiktok live stream too so you know i was in PEAK simp mode lmao.
