I'm a cook and we had a older couple come in around 7 minutes after closing. They say down and demanded to be served, we were all tired so we said no. But we will get you something to go. The man was irrate then said he knows the owner. Turns out he did and we got in trouble for not serving those entitled douch bags

Had a lady call, and we keep records of phone numbers/names to do delivery and such. Her number wouldn't appear in the system so I went through the usual "Name, number, address" questions. She got mad, saying she knew my manager. I then took her order brushing it off and she wanted something we don't have in stock. I tell her, she yells at me and hangs up, throwing the door open 10 minutes later and yelling at me again. Turned out to be my managers aunt, and she was drunk.

I had a person in my restaurant saying that get a discount because the owner and them are friends. So I went the back. Acting like I was talking to someone. A few minutes later I came out and told them. The owner doesn’t not know you and doesn’t want you to come back to my restaurant.
