Ray tracing reflections is the most noticeable change. The lighting, shadowing etc can stay disable, if there is the option for it. That's what I did on Cyberpunk 2077, only ray traced reflections on, looked awesome and ran at +60 FPS.

Almost no difference in visuals but performance...oh my. Don't get it why people care about RT so much.
