No man's sky when this insights island is a space station that can be made and delivered to planets (project entropia planets).
Like mind-space-island delivery for calming down perspective and having an interactive puzzle randomizer. Would be interesting physics discussion about what's possible still within the island from the scientific minds defining the physics of the no man's sky game (Destiny?).

I playtested this. It was a lot of fun. I feel bad for not being super social in games like this, but not being social didn't seem to impede my experience too much.

Playtested yesterday, I gotta say it runs really good on GTX970 and still looks great! Gameplay is fun, multiplayer can be ignored but it is nice to see others in the world I guess. I liked all the puzzles I encountered, but hidden object, especially the cubes, that is very difficult to find on a large area and tedious, not much fun. I don't like running around a lot to find things I need to progress, otherwise all good and looking to try more and eventually play the full game.

MEET YOUR MAKER helped me get through my mothers cancer and death, and I feel ESPECIALLY abandoned, now that you've killed it. This was my coping mechanism. The excitement for each new update. Now I'm more deeply hurt over a video game because of it's incredible ties to my mothers passing and my grieving process. I'm making sure that I let my audience know that we can IGNORE BEhavior Interactive on Steam, and will never be recommended anything further by your company. You quite literally ripped away my grieving mechanism, and your company can burn in hell because of it.

I just saw this trailer on another channel and wanted to give you some feedback. I feel like there are a lot of missed opportunities in its design. The game is obviously too far along to make any sweeping changes but it could be a good jumping off point for a sequel or a game with a similar concept.

My main issue is with flying. Traversal should have more weight to it than what’s implied by the trailer. You mention exploration being one of the main facets of the game, but I feel like being able to fly around the entire map is counterintuitive to that. When you can go anywhere you want, the moment to moment experience of exploration by design has to feel much less special than it could otherwise be if the movement was more restricted. The ability to fly will cause the world to feel much smaller and lose the sense of mystery that comes with seeing the world from the perspective of a relatively small human being.

First, a disclaimer: I think Breath of the Wild is a terrible game with a few really good aspects that do a great job of masking things like the lack of depth to anything in the game, lack of curated content, lack of meaningful rewards, etc. (I could go on for hours about the game’s issues if I don’t purposely stop myself). That being said, I’m still willing to give it credit where it’s due. The exploration in the game is amazing and that’s because of two very important things: you always have limitations and you always have a carrot on a stick. The limitations aren’t nearly as harsh as they probably should be, but they do exist and it makes the game all the more engaging because of it. It feels good to find an ingenious way up a sheer cliff face because it required effort to achieve. And when you get to the top you’re going to orient yourself and find another landmark in the distance that’s just as intriguing as whatever led you to climb the cliff face to begin with. If you had wings instead of the paraglider you wouldn’t have to put any thought into getting over that cliff/up that tower/whatever and you won’t get that sense of intrigue about the sights around you because you’ve already had a birds-eye view of the surrounding area. Maybe I’m wrong, but it just doesn’t feel like it has a place in the game and removing it would improve it exponentially. With the ability to fly removed, the traversal would require much more active engagement from the player. You could even turn difficult climbing sections into their own “puzzles” with getting to the top being its own inherent reward along with the ability to explore whatever is up there/visible from up there.

You mention being able to double-jump, sprint, etc. but all of that is inconsequential when you can just fly. Some players will self-impose rules on themselves but if given the chance, almost every player will optimize the fun out of a game by using the dominant strategy. In this case, that’s flying. The world would be much more engaging if it required you to traverse it entirely on foot maybe with gates that allowed for warping between certain locations. But as it is now, if you’re able to “glide right over it” the small details of the world design hardly even matter and the exploration seems much less organic and satisfying.

That’s just my two cents.

I've read in multiple sites that players are disgusted by this developer. The developers will ban people from their forums just because players give constructive improvement for their games. Unfortunately the developers they won't accept complaints at all even when their games have tons of bugs. Seems like we should stay away from developers like this. Otherwise, you'll lose your money.

Interesting idea but not for me. An open world multiplayer puzzle solving game without combat isn't my idea of a great time. Glad some people are excited about it though.

I was about to buy this game but then I noticed behavious was the publisher! wow saved me 40$ you guys are the worst in the industry!! 40% off only a couple of weeks into realease! you are lucky the governement pays 50% of your payroll cause you suck at business
