About the Talk:
In this eye-opening talk, Ms. Neera Miśra talks about her inspiring work on rejuvenating of the unknown heritage site of Kampilya, Uttar Pradesh through her Draupadi Dream Trust since 2003. The battles she has fought with ASI and many other institutions and processes. She fought against Indraprastha area being renamed 'Dinpanah' by ASI together with Aga Khan Trust and INTACH. She goes on to reveal the real issues that plague ASI and how Aga Khan Trust is hell bent on projecting Delhi as a Moghul city to UNESCO in this insightful talk.

About the Speaker:
Miss Neera Misra is a Social Entrepreneur, with almost 21 years of work experience, as business entrepreneur and then as social entrepreneur. She is also presently Visiting Faculty, Consultant and Founder Trustee & Chairperson of Draupadi Dream Trust, a Trust founded on Vedic principles and Philosophy.

This is a video that should be shown to all responsible Indians. This is emblematic of our state and administrative machinery ridden with apathy and corruption. There are vested interests which will not allow scientific enquiry into the past which could challenge their cozy narratives and empires built around those. In fact we must have a national commission to look into the revamp of Archeological, historical and native Arts and suggest brand new curricula for schools. This must be made a social and electoral issue. Nothing less than that. As an elder citizen my head bows to Madam Misra for her dedication. A pity that there was no spotlight on her work so far.

It is an eye opener. Always wondered how come Delhi areas became Mughal cradle, where as Mahabharat was based in that region.
It's time Aga Khan trust is removed from such excavations etc. Government should revamp totally our ASI set up. Our political parties are the worst cultural enemies of the nation in the name of Muslim appeasement.

Being a Quaternary Geologist and having worked in GSI till 2014, when I superannuated, I was always surprised and agast at the lack of interest in the ASI in Ancient History. Perhaps this is also why the subject of Quaternary Geology has been so disregarded in GSI. A Quaternary Atlas of India ordered to be published in 2014 after being kept in hibernation for 6 years is yet to see the light of day. Now I know why. Thank you madam.

Namaste, I was wondering always about this...What's wrong with ASI? Why is it against Sanatan Dharm and Bharat... Why does it keep matters associated with Hindus pending for decades? Hope I get my answers here... ASI should open up the closed rooms underneath the Taj Mahal (Tejo Mahalaya) at Agra. Do Survey of Shivling at Kashi's Baba Vishwanath temple... currently inside the vajukhana. Tell the world what Kutub Minar is and the temples surrounding it... where does the tunnel under the Lal Kila go to? Is there a link between the Lal Kila and Taj Mahal, are both connected by this tunnel? What is hidden in the well at Taj Mahal, and why was it built? Was there a Shivling where the kabars inside Taj Mahal currently are... Many questions have remained unanswered for decades. Please reveal us the truth... Pranam.
