Easy insulation would be dollar store pool noodles. Slit it down the middle the wrap around the pipes

Just a if you didn't know, it appears you have what's called frostless spigots, they actually stop water flow inside the crawl space so you really don't need those cutoffs inside the crawl space.

Luckily my house doesn't have a crawl space and our outside water spickets are coming through the brick we just cover the spickets with a foam cover my son bought 2 today from Walmart. Good job Brett it's nice to have a handyman in the house.
