An entire city's email is down and there isn't any WiFi. This guy is extremely upset because he is trying to remember how to actually write a letter. At what appears to be around twelve twenty-five in the afternoon, he couldn't take it anymore. Time to flip tables. After that, we see others having the same issue throughout the city. Someone displaying their carpal tunnel syndrome hand, multiple suicides, a mentally disturbed girl, people running for safety... writing is hard. :(
