I’m not particularly for or against fully original characters for Project L - I imagine if they were to do them they wouldn’t come in for a while and they wouldn’t be particularly frequent, like how they’re handled in LoR. I also have faith that any original characters they would make would be really nicely put together - you’d have to really like a concept to push for it over 160+ other options. I just also can’t really be excited for concepts I know nothing about, especially when there’s a pretty substantial list of characters I’d like to see in Project L from League’s current roster (Looking at you, Soul Fighters).

One thing I really do want to see Project L represent though is some of the characters LoR has that League doesn’t: Corina, Ravun, Von Yipp and Xolaani are all really great examples, but the character I want to see the most by far is Jack the Winner. I absolutely love everything about his concept and was blown away when he was given a champion card, not to mention he’d be perfectly at home in a fighting game setting.
