Some of the power tool companies have come out with a work jacket that is heated with a power tool battery. Great for cool weather surveillance. DeWalt is the one I have but they all work well as a heat source in a cold vehicle.

Another great video, very informative. What do u do when the weather is bad? How do u get video of the subject in that situation?
IE: heavy rain or fog

Perhaps an insta360 style of camera could assist rather than a suite of single cameras.
