Neon Glow Lines - Glowing Effect Photoshop Tutorial

This is a fast Photoshop tutorial where I will show you how to create neon glow lines. This is a simple glowing effect which can be used on any type of line or shape.

I first start by using the pen tool to create the path. Then I adjust the brush setting to create a curved and tapered effect to the line. Then under the blending option, you can adjust the color or strength of the glow.

I used Adobe Photoshop CC for this tutorial.

I still can't select stroke path even thou i already selected path while select the pen tool

i have got queastion i copied you but result is different than i expected. Colours are wrong when paths cover ech other.it looks like overlay but both layes are normal.

i did every single step still the stroke path is gray i cant select it

this doesn't work . Every time I select the brush tool, it shows the circle with the line through it. And it won't let me use the Stroke Path - says I need to rasterize the line...

I've done absolutely everything the same, but for some reason fill path and stroke path are grayed out. (Edit for those with this problem: I had 'shape' chosen in my pen instead of 'Path')
