Unfortunately mine didn't work. I have a dead watch now! I even left on the charger all night. Pressing the button long time doesn't do anything. This happened after the firmware update suggested by the seller. The watch was fully charged before the software update. I am trying to get my money back.

Hello everyone there is hope! I have an update regarding the Hello watch 3 suddenly stopped working after the last update. Today a new update was received but because the watch is not able to bind with the phone the firmware update cannot be downloaded to the watch. As mentioned here Apparently the watch thinks the battery is low even when it is charged causing the phone to shut down. Unfortunately the Bluetooth does not work when connected to the charger. So this makes it tricky. This is what I tried. Step one 1 - I charged the watch to 100% and factory reset the watch while on the charger. Step 2 - I made sure that the Bluetooth was on the watch and had bind with the qifit app previously. Step 3 - I would disconnect the watch from the power and and waited to boot up and the second it briefly connected I would try to download the update. I tried going through the watch faces with the scroll button or the menu and tried other operations to prevent the watch from going to sleep and freezing, When the update started downloading to the watch I waited for the progress bar to start going I then connected the charger in a low amp power (may work with a standard one) till it tricked the watch to continue downloading while on power. After many tries watch receive the full update. The watch boot up and the issue got resolved. Hope this will help some of you that have had a similar experience.

One hour after the December 15 update, the watch no longer works, unable to restart or recharge, the screen remains black, programmed obsolete or defective? Isn't the watch guaranteed?

After opening one of the games the watch immediately went to a black screen and disconnected from my phone via Bluetooth. I have tried this method obviously along with a wall outlet, holding buttons down and the watch is completely not responding an/or dead. Ever since the latest update this has occurred. Clearly this has happened for many other customers and your solution does not solve 99% of the customers issues. Thanks to this software update, this watch cease to exist. Do not recommend anyone to waste their money on this watch.

It was not charging or waking up. I turn my USB charger off and on 20 times and then started to turn on.
