Ok I have an employee that seems to be on drugs, always disrespectful and doesn’t listen to me and tells me what she’s going to do I showed her grace time and time again, but finally held her accountable and she walked out on everybody when we were short on people, and everybody else has to fill in for what she has to do but everybody thinks of me is the bad guy because she calls everybody and manipulates them to feel bad for her.
