Granite is the best option for an average middle class Indian family as its Stain and corrosion resistant, non porous, Heat and scratch resistant and also does not fade under direct sunlight, and Its budget friendly and you can get labor for installation across India. Thanks for the fantastic information. Since i need to get my kitchen counter top done, after seeing it I got a sample of quartz & G5 & tried Turmeric stains on it. After washing the stains remain. Do you think for indian kitchen quartz works since we use Turmeric quite often
