Renovating a Ruin in Central Portugal / Installing a ceiling

This week the ceiling goes up and more work is done on the cordwood wall. It's hard to believe that a year ago this kitchen was just a couple of ruined, crumbling walls.

As you know, so I think your viewers should know, nobody who volunteers work on your farm gets paid, or does the work for financial gain, ok a few exchanges of services happens but that's more good will gesture s than anything else. It is so nice to come and help Cindy, , she is so happy with every little thing... and we do have a lot more fun, than what is showed in the videos 🙂
This looks so easy on video, , it was like 32-35 degrees, witch makes little tasks, like putting up a celling board, a lot harder.
