With a scale of 2,400 acres, Kota Seriemas has won numerous awards including the MLAA (Malaysian Landscape Architecture Award) and recognition for their building quality from QLASSIC. Well, those qualities are clearly demonstrated during the site tour where we experienced the well built infrastructure. The roads, landscape treatments, bicycle and jogging pathways, recreational areas such as the lakes and parks, all are property built before the houses are constructed.

Personally, I really admire the built quality and design for the townhouses. Those usual design glitch that townhouses usually face such as dark interiors, complicated structural arrangements, narrow rooms and etc are resolved in Cempaka Seri. Plus the built up is well balanced to the open landscape area, which is pretty rare when land is scarce. Also, the gated and guarded component is one of the favourite features among the residents.

Unfortunately, the pandemic has greatly affect the aviation industry, which is one of the main target audience for this project. It's also sensible only if your workplace is around Sepang because it would rather challenging to travel everyday to KL City.

Great introduction of the surrounding amenities and commercial areas around the township. I was invited by the PNB Development to create a sports hub development next to the golf course to boost the area under them. You gave me rough ideas about what type of market segment and whether it is viable for me to venture into it with the developer 👍

I went to the show unit of this townhouse, and my wife & myself actually like it. But due to what u said, lack of commercial activities made us crossed this township. We chose another townhouse in Kota Warisan, Ayden Townhouse by IOI.

We love the current townhouse design & layout where it is different from normal terrace houses

The KL SG HSR Seremban station was actually to be located near to that area. Now it's gone, aviation badly hurt now, so you can imagine that's why the developer offer this price.

For those who works in Putra Height and Usj up to shah alam, this is a good place as it’s really connected through Elite highway.

I jog around the lake and around Kota Seriemas every morning. It is a very nice place to jog/cycling.. and it is safe.. not so many cars around.. Every morning jog on the road there almost no car hahaha.. You should come in the morning and see =) I have seen the transformation of Kota seriemas from dead town to what it is now. This place is too deep inside, but on the bright side, it is peaceful place to live and call home. Nearby Mall is Aeon Nilai/ Mitsui outlet (cannot access due to MCO hahaha).

I like the landscaping, design of the upper unit (especially the high ceiling for living room) of this development, AND the price is quite attractive too. Would be a good second home to unwind over the weekend

On another note, the video seems to have some parts with weird streaks. Not sure if its my phone, or your cam memory card 😅
