Adelphi Masterfil - Mastercap Indexing Capping Machine

Here, a perforated metal door has been added to the front of the Mastercap Indexing Capper, in place of the standard plastic or solid metal options.

This is for a customer filling a beverage product, to facilitate their stringent two-stage machine cleaning process after each shift, which includes both steam cleaning, and cleaning with a strong sterilising fluid.

The perforated door enables the cleaning process to reach every possible area where bacteria could otherwise collect and store.
