I filed a position (con) on this bill, and today received a note from my rep Michelle Calder, who reported that every Republican voted against it in the house, and it was going to the Senate. Washington Democrats are on an extremist rampage, over a huge range of issues, from Second Amendment to parental rights to neutralizing over initiatives. Jay Inslee lives on in Washington State. Until we get some relief from people who mindlessly vote for candidates with a (D) next to their name…

When we have courts stacked with Liberal activist judges that are full members in the Marxist collective against the rights of the defense for the individual and constitutional rights for the individual, we stand a hard fight to reverse what they have and are legislating. Its going to take alot of people, money for the lawyers and groups like NAGR, GOA to keep the fight going to protect 2A and constitutional rights . We need to pass laws or initiatives that forbid public money to be used to pass laws that violate constitutional rights. Unfortunately States have unlimited funding and Lawyers working against the peoples 2A and constitutional rights .
