How to Make Cucumber Rose

This is a small decoration trick I showed off in a cooking class room. It's a neat way to make rose out of cucumber. Try it on the next gathering and impress people! Enjoy.

How far in advance can you make these? Will they hold in the fridge if I do them in advance?

@ TanishaCookz you might wanna soak them in salt for 5 min before rolling -they leave out their water and become very pliable and hold their shape. Hope this helps.
