Paypal has delayed transfers 3X for "security info" (NSA?), royally screwed up a transfer costing me 2 bank overdrafts and rapes me on currency conversions.  Bring on Ultracoin.

nothing but hype so far, give us a whitepaper or at least more details about this, is it an 'overlay' where contracts are denominated in bitcoin or a completely separate currency? and more importantly does it require its own separate blockchain?
